Service Description
COMET: Construction Organizing Membership Education Training This course focuses on the critical role of membership in organizing for the success of the local union. It emphasizes the importance of active participation in holding the industry accountable and ensuring fair practices for all workers we represent. The course will cover: * The role of membership in driving the success and sustainability of the local union * The responsibility of our members to help "police" the industry, advocating for ethical practices and fair treatment * An honest evaluation of what the United Association (UA) has done right and what can be improved * Strategies for improvement through grassroots organizing and member engagement The course is designed to be fast-paced, informative, and highly engaging, running for a maximum of 4-6 hours.

Cancellation Policy
Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. If you have to cancel your class, we will fully refund your deposit (or cost of course) when cancelled before the 48 hours. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee.
